Thousand of homes still sitting there totally destroyed years after Hurricane Katrina. When is the government going to send the money to rebuild these homes? Lots of neighborhoods look the same as the day after Katrina happened. What is going on with that?

No, the government doesn’t build homes but it does take government money to build the homes as most involved simply do not have any money, possessions or anything else. So, how much has the government given to those affected if any at all and I am not talking about a 0 gift card to Walmart.

Okay my cousin is in a prison.They send out like these money order slips so you can send them money. How much do people usually send? He is my cousin and we are close. I just don’t want to send to little. I’m OBVIOUSLY new at this. I just would like some input. I don’t know who else to ask and this is kind of personal so I really appreciate it.Thanks so much guys!
He does not owe restitution or punitive damages.
He has never been on drugs, or sold them. He has completely turned his life around. And all I can do is hope it stays that way when he gets out. But for now I want to help. To the people who are leaving mean answers-please stop. I haven’t done anything to deserve that.
